We came to Boucher Kia to just Look at a car, interested
We came to Boucher Kia to just Look at a car, interested in the Telluride. We were graciously greeted by Mr Lee McGee just inside the door. He invited us to share our interests, offering a soft drink, water or coffee. I also became interested in price of a new car, vs one of the used Telluride. Mr. McGee was able to compare and contrast each of the two vehicles very well. After just LOOKING….. we agreed to purchase a 2023 Telluride w low miles. Very nice vehicle. He addressed what new car owners wanted to know, helped guide the license transfer process of trade in vehicle, and was a very successful throughout the communication process. We needed to return for the purchase one day later than initially agreed upon, and Mr McGee kindly came in on his day off to work with us. Will recommend dealership and Mr. McGee to others!

this is the third car I have purchased from this
this is the third car I have purchased from this dealership, and the kia I paid more than $30,000 for didn't come with a cabin air filter, and the cover was also missing. but instead of replacing them they wanted to charge me 28 dollars for the new part, which I got for ten dollars cheaper at a different Kia dealership. I will never buy another car or part for my kia at this dealership. Thanks for all the help losers.

Good experience.
Good experience. The staff were wonderful people very caring and helpful. The car we purchased was excellent and they even included a full tank of gas. My only negative is that they could have been a little more flexible on the price. Evert thing else was perfect.

I bought a 2025 Kia Soul.
I bought a 2025 Kia Soul. Waited 4 1/2 hours after traveling 2 hours in snow storm. They knew we were coming didn;t try to have things ready. I asked them to verify my mileage from 2012 Kia so I could get reimbursed for mileage which 2012 Kia Souls received after miles verified. They sold the car and than left me flat, no help. Yes facility was nice and clean. Yes most people very nice while sale was going on.. Everything was suppose to be ready and all needed to be done was sign the papers and write my check so didn't understand why 4 1/2 hour wait. Thought I had made a good decision on driving 2 hours to get car but truthfully I wouldn't do it again at least not in Racine. Very Disappointed. They lost 3 new car sales because of all of this from senior friends of mine.
